Our company slogan at Pro Pet Pix is “Capturing Unique Personalities and Creating Precious Memories”. We are taking pet photography to the next level by capturing respectful and individual poses. Our concept is similar in style to portrait photography for humans, complete with backdrops, special lighting and eye level captures. Our goal is to create an incredible piece of artwork worthy of being enlarged and displayed on your front wall in a prominent location.

If a portrait style pet photo seems a bit much, just remember the unconditional love and devotion your pet brings to the overall quality of life within your family. Your pets certainly are special and quality photos of them should be just as special too. In addition to portrait style photography, we also take pride in capturing action photos, such as Fly-ball, Frisbee and Agility competitions, or just those fun times when playing fetch means the whole world to your dog. Capturing the intense look of complete concentration often creates a photo showing intense desire in the face of your pet.

For your convenience, we offer a complete mobile service, bringing all the cameras, lighting, backdrops, and other assorted equipment needed, to create a special memory of your beloved pet. Our photo sessions typically last for 1 to 2 hours, giving us time to make you and your pet feel relaxed with our presence. After the initial greeting, we can begin to fully capture the unique personality that makes your four legged family member so special. If your pet is aging, it is reassuring to have quality photos nearby to keep their memory alive, after they have finally departed.

Our photo session is divided into short segments, to keep your pets interest at a high level. The typical pet has a short attention span (even shorter than mine. . .), so by breaking up the photo sessions into smaller and more manageable sessions, everybody is happier. Immediately after the photo session, you select favorite photos via a 17” laptop screen and decide which photos capture the personality best. After some minor digital enhancements, we deliver your selection of favorite unframed prints, normally within 24 hours. In home photo sessions start at just $95.00 and we offer sizes from wallet, 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10”s all the way to the European standard A3, for enlargements: 13x19 inch.

As a Colorado native, I have always enjoyed taking pictures and being able to capture a moment in time, or the scenic beauty of places that I have visited. I have been using a camera in one way or another, for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed the pure essence of animals, both wild and domesticated because they carry no hidden agendas, live for the moment and know only loyalty and devotion. Pet portraiture combines my love of nature and photography to capture pictures with a meaningful innocence.
